Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While I enjoyed the free Netflix and the convenience of onsite laundry, the customer service left much to be desired, with the front desk staff seeming uninterested and somewhat rude. The kitchen was quite small and poorly ventilated, and the atmosphere felt isolating, making it feel more like a boarding house than a welcoming hotel.
I stayed in a twin room during a particularly hot weekend, and surprisingly, the basement flat stayed cool, which was a relief. The accommodation was really clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to directions for a concert. I loved the 'help yourself' breakfast for just £3! However, having shared toilets and showers wasn't ideal for us, especially late at night when we had to go through the foyer in our nightwear.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this boutique hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the spacious room provided a comfortable ambiance. The hospitality of the staff was outstanding, always ready to help. However, I did find the dining options limited, which was a bit of a letdown considering everything else was so good. Overall, it was definitely a great value for money.
I stayed in a lovely en-suite room that felt both modern and cozy, with great amenities like a fridge and coffee machine. The atmosphere was relaxed, but the noise from the street was a bit disruptive, especially with the windows open. While the value for money was excellent given the location, I did end up taking care of some housekeeping myself as the procedures weren't clear.
I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The accommodations are both clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. The staff genuinely create a welcoming atmosphere, which is great if you're new to hostels. However, the dining options could be improved, and a few facilities need some attention. All in all, it’s a great value for the price.
